This policy applies to licences for OneStop WhatsApp sold by Geddam Praveen Kumar (trading as One Stop). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Licences are non-refundable
Licence fees for monthly and annual plans are non-refundable, including for any unused part of a plan period. Please contact us with any questions before you pay.
How to cancel
- To cancel, email support@onestop.in from your registered email address before your current plan period ends.
- Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
WhatsApp messaging charges
WhatsApp messaging charges are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account. One Stop does not collect them and cannot refund them. For questions about these charges, contact Meta through your Meta Business account.
Billing errors
If you think we have invoiced you incorrectly, for example a duplicate payment or a wrong amount, email support@onestop.in with your invoice number and payment reference. We will investigate. If we confirm an error, we will correct it, for example by refunding the amount paid in error or crediting it to your next invoice.
