Overview
OneStop WhatsApp is a desktop application that you install on your own computer. It works with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so your business can send WhatsApp messages, message templates and attachments from your own WhatsApp Business number to the contacts you manage in the app.
The problem it solves
Many small scale businesses already talk to their customers on WhatsApp. OneStop WhatsApp gives you a simple desktop app for sending those messages from your own business number. You keep your WhatsApp Business Account and your number, and the app runs on your own computer.
Onboarding with Meta's Embedded Signup
You connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Embedded Signup, a secure sign-up flow provided by Meta. During sign-up you log in to Meta, choose your business and WhatsApp Business Account, and authorise access. The app can use the WhatsApp Business Platform only because you authorised it, and you can remove that authorisation at any time in your Meta Business settings.
Billing model
- Licence: you pay One Stop for a monthly or annual licence by bank transfer or UPI. Contact us for pricing.
- WhatsApp messaging charges: billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account, through the payment method you set up with Meta. One Stop does not collect these charges.
- Licence fees are non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Data and privacy
- The app runs on your computer. Messages are sent from your computer directly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
- One Stop does not store your message content.
- Attachments are deleted from the app's local folder as soon as the message is sent.
- Your contacts and the app's technical logs are stored on your computer. Logs contain technical events only and are kept for 2 months.
- Message templates are managed within Meta's platform.

Can I receive messages in the app?
No. OneStop WhatsApp is for sending messages, message templates and attachments. It does not receive incoming messages.
